Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Account Manager will focus on managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and developing strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
include understanding client needs, engaging in consultative sales processes, maintaining regular communication with clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Lead Generation strategies and techniques
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Previous experience in the furniture, flooring, or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
