- Conduct regular SHE inspections across office areas.
- Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE SHE regulations, civil defense requirements, and internal SHE policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date SHE documentation, inspection checklists, incident reports, and audit records.
- Lead and support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and incident response activities.
- Act as the Emergency Response Team (ERT) Leader, coordinating with building management and authorities when required.
- Ensure fire detection, alarm, and firefighting systems are operational, inspected, and tested as per statutory requirements.
- Support safety awareness programs and conduct basic HSE inductions and toolbox talks for office staff.
- Support daily FM operations within the office environment, ensuring a safe and functional workplace.
- Coordinate with FM service providers and contractors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, pest control, etc.).
- Monitor and follow up on preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for critical building systems.
- Raise, track, and close reactive maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution of facility issues.
- Conduct basic facility condition checks and escalate technical issues to FM or service vendors.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for SHE and FM-related services, materials, and consumables.
