Safety & Security Coordinator

Role overview

Operational safety and security

• Coordinate safety and security activities across UAE boutiques, offices, and other locations.
• Conduct site visits, follow up on identified risks, and track corrective actions to completion.
• Support incident response, documentation, escalation, and follow-up.
• Coordinate investigations, including fact-finding, evidence gathering, documentation, and reports.
• Support safety and security procedures, standards, guidelines, and arrangements for new locations, renovations, events, and business projects.

Compliance, training, and vendors

• Monitor compliance with UAE safety, security, and other regulatory requirements; maintain inspection records, Civil Defense certifications, Occupational Health Cards, and related documents.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and follow up on findings, corrective actions, and required documentation.
• Coordinate employee safety and security training and awareness activities, and support related communications and campaigns.
• Coordinate service providers and support service documentation, reports, performance indicators, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement administration.

Requirements

• Degree in Security Studies, Risk Management, Criminology, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate security, safety, risk management, luxury retail, or a related operational environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, or operational activities.
• Working knowledge of UAE safety and security regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Strong practical understanding of safety, security, and risk management; integrity, discretion, organizational, analytical, reporting, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
