Role overview

Shoots and press requests

• Coordinate local and international multibrand press requests with stylists, local teams, and global counterparts.
• Gather shoot information from stylists, assess shoot environments, and manage requests appropriately.
• Coordinate sample requests and deliveries, including with the global team where required.
• Monitor looks featured in shoots and track the release of relevant print issues.
• Support special shoots locally and internationally, including Watches & Fine Jewellery and Fragrance & Beauty sample coordination.
• Arrange delivery and collection of Fashion looks for shoots, loans, and other sample movements; book couriers for secure, timely transport.

Fashion PR showroom

• Enter new samples into Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) when they arrive.
• Create new press-rack decks and update existing decks as samples arrive.
• Maintain the showroom daily, keeping samples organized, well-presented, and in excellent condition.
• Assist with sample coordination for event fittings, internal loans, and dressing requirements.

Feedback, reporting, and events

• Monitor Fashion and celebrity press clippings across print, digital, and social media, keeping monthly reports accurate and up to date.
• Prepare coverage reports for Fashion shows and events; complete global feedback reports and PR studies where relevant.
• Maintain global master lists and orchestration files for multibrand shoots and Fashion shows.
• Upload Fashion clippings to local and global shared drives and organize DHL send-outs and press-kit deliveries.
• Support planning and delivery of Fashion events, including sample logistics and related PR activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous internship or initial experience in PR, events, media, Fashion, or luxury is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.

Skills and attributes

• Strong interest in Fashion, luxury, media, celebrity culture, and public relations.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; proactive, reliable, and adaptable when managing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS is an advantage.
• Handle samples with care, discretion, and precision in a dynamic environment.
