Location:** Dubai, UAE

About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused **Russian-Speaking Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant** to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for property sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with Russian-speaking clients.
You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties while delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from Russian-speaking clients and understand their property requirements
- Present suitable residential and investment property options
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the transaction process
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and new projects
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
Requirements
- Fluency in **Russian and English** (mandatory)
- Previous experience in real estate sales/property consultancy preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Dubai property market is an advantage
- UAE driving license is a plus
