The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and confident in handling client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
- Manage calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Support daily office operations and the sales team
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front‑desk environment
Requirements
- **Good verbal and written communication skills**
- **Previous experience as a receptionist** (Real Estate experience preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
