Preview Properties is looking for a professional and motivated **Female Russian-Speaking Property Consultant** to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the drive to succeed in the competitive Dubai property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential properties
- Understand client needs and provide suitable property solutions
- Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close successful deals
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintain knowledge of Dubai real estate projects and market trends
Requirements & Qualifications
- Female candidates preferred
- Fluent in **Russian & English** (mandatory)
- Previous real estate/property sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Professional attitude with a presentable personality
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
