About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to help create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in our real estate office.

This role plays an important part in ensuring that clients, visitors, and team members enjoy a professional and comfortable workplace every day.

The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and understands that a well-kept office reflects the quality and professionalism of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, and common spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchenettes, and high-touch areas regularly.
  • Empty waste bins and dispose of trash in accordance with company procedures.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and pantry essentials as needed.
  • Ensure glass doors, windows, and mirrors remain spotless and presentable.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to management.
  • Support the team in maintaining a tidy, organized, and professional office atmosphere.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

What We'Re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain consistent standards.
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required.
