Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Joinery Carpenter to join our joinery factory team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in furniture manufacturing, woodwork installation, and operating standard carpentry tools and machinery.
Candidates with experience in factory-based joinery production will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and understand technical drawings and cutting lists
- Manufacture and assemble wooden furniture, cabinets, doors, wardrobes, and other joinery items
- Operate carpentry tools and woodworking machines safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit wood materials as per project requirements
- Carry out finishing and installation support when required
- Ensure quality standards and production deadlines are maintained
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Joinery Carpenter or Furniture Carpenter
- Experience in joinery factory operations is preferred
- Ability to read drawings and measurements accurately
- Familiarity with woodworking machines and hand tools
- Good attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment
- GCC/UAE experience is an advantage
