About This Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Joinery Foreman to oversee and manage joinery works on-site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in joinery and fit-out works, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate joinery works, including installation of wooden fixtures, furniture, and interior fit-outs
• Lead and manage a team of carpenters and joinery workers on-site
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution of work
• Plan daily tasks, allocate resources, and monitor productivity
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and quality compliance
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on-site
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials efficiently
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in joinery/fit-out works.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and finishing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with site safety standards and procedures
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
