Risk Management Lead

Role purpose

Risk management responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor implementation.
• Analyze risks for new initiatives and projects.
• Prepare risk reports for leadership and governance committees.
• Promote risk awareness across departments.
• Develop and continuously enhance the ERM framework, methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Prepare executive risk reports and dashboards for the CEO and Audit Committee.
• Develop, monitor, and review risk appetite, risk tolerance, and KRIs.
• Lead business continuity activities, including BIA, BCP, crisis management, and incident response participation.
• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of ERM practices across the organization.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in risk management or internal control.
• Experience implementing or enhancing ERM frameworks.
• Proven experience conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments.
• Experience preparing risk reports for senior leadership.

Additional qualifications

• Exposure to risk appetite framework development.
• Experience in technology companies, digital platforms, or fast-growing organizations is preferred.
• ISO 31000 or an equivalent risk management certification is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of recognized risk management and governance frameworks, including ISO 31000 and COSO ERM.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance risk environments.
