Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and explain the experience.
- Help guests navigate the facility and answer questions.
- Enforce exhibition rules, monitor guest behavior, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies.
- Provide customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility.
- Share relevant information about events, exhibitions, and promotions.
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Essential qualifications
- Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Good-standard use of Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, including identifying trends in provided data.
- Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.
Desirable experience
- One year of operational experience in hospitality or leisure is desirable.
- Knowledge of theme park and attraction operational departments is desirable.
