Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and explain the experience.
- Guide visitors around the facility and answer questions.
- Enforce rules, monitor guest behavior, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues to provide a positive guest experience.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and order in the facility.
- Share relevant updates about events, exhibitions, and promotions.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for art and technology.
Essential qualifications
- Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Good working ability with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, including identifying trends in provided data.
- Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.
Desirable qualifications
- One year of experience in hospitality or leisure operations, including operations, ground crew, guest services, soft services, or security.
- Knowledge of theme parks and attractions, particularly operational departments.
