Provide exceptional guest experiences and guide visitors through an attraction.
Assist guests and support their safety and enjoyment during their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide an overview of the experience.
- Help guests navigate the facility, give directions, and answer questions.
- Enforce visitor rules, monitor behavior, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues to support positive guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility.
- Stay informed about events, exhibitions, and promotions and share relevant information with visitors.
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically, with an interest in art and technology.
Essential qualifications
- Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
- Good working ability with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, including identifying trends in provided data.
- Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.
Desirable experience
- One year of experience in an operational department within hospitality or leisure, such as operations, ground crew, guest services, soft services, or security.
- Knowledge of theme park and attraction operational departments, including operations, ground crew, guest services, soft services, or security.
