Role Purpose
The Rewards Specialist will support the Group Head of Total Rewards in the development, implementation, and administration of Arada's compensation, benefits, and reward programmes across the Group.
The role will be responsible for supporting key total rewards initiatives that ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include conducting market benchmarking and compensation analyses, supporting salary review and incentive cycles, assisting with the design and administration of long-term incentive plans (LTIPs), and administering employee benefits programmes.
The role will also provide analytical insights and recommendations to support reward-related decision-making, workforce planning, and talent retention strategies.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, advanced data interpretation skills, and experience working with market data providers and reward frameworks.
They will demonstrate attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the execution and continuous improvement of Arada's total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, and incentive programmes.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to assess external competitiveness and provide recommendations on pay positioning.
- Prepare compensation analyses, job evaluations, grading assessments, and pay equity reviews to support reward decisions.
- Support the annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes, including modelling, analysis, governance, and communications.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of long-term incentive plans (LTIPs) and other retention programmes.
- Support executive compensation reviews by preparing market data, benchmarking analyses, and reward recommendations.
- Manage and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, job architecture, and reward frameworks.
- Analyse reward data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support the review, design, and administration of employee benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and employee value.
- Work to align benefits with overall total rewards philosophy and EVP
- Partner with PX Business Partners and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and reward-related matters.
- Ensure reward programmes comply with applicable legislation, governance requirements, and internal policies across relevant jurisdictions.
- Support vendor and consultant relationships, including benefits providers and compensation benchmarking partners.
- Contribute to the development of reward policies, guidelines, processes, and employee communications.
- Drive automation and data integrity across compensation processes.
- Support transformation towards a digitally enabled Reward CoE.
- Maintain accurate reward data within PX systems and ensure data integrity for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Monitor market trends, emerging reward practices, and regulatory developments to inform future reward strategy and programme enhancements.
Experience And Qualifications
- 7+ years in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
- Experience in managing long-term incentive plans / executive compensation is desirable
- Strong exposure to global / multi-country reward frameworks
- Advanced capabilities in:
- Excel modelling (scenario building, forecasting, analytics)
- Proven experience with market benchmarking tools (Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry)
- Strong understanding of UAE reward practices and regulatory environment
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience working within a Reward CoE or global organization
- Background in real estate, construction, or asset-heavy industries
