Role overview
Maximize hotel revenue, optimize room pricing, and improve occupancy and profitability through revenue management strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability; monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and other KPIs.
- Manage pricing, inventory, demand forecasting, and rate strategies across distribution channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
- Optimize OTA performance, direct bookings, and distribution channels; work with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to meet targets.
- Prepare revenue reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses; monitor pickup, cancellations, booking pace, and demand to adjust pricing.
- Ensure effective use of the hotel’s PMS and RMS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hotel revenue management experience.
- Strong knowledge of hotel pricing strategies, forecasting, and distribution channels.
- Proficiency in Excel and hotel revenue management systems.
- Strong analytical, commercial, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Compensation
- Pay listed as AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month; salary described as based on experience.
