Full-time HR Coordinator role requiring prior hotel-industry HR experience.
Immediate availability is required.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and other HR programs.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements
- Previous HR experience in the hotel industry is mandatory.
- Knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and labor regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Proficient in MS Office; HR software proficiency is noted as applicable if any.
- The job title specifies a Tagalog speaker.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,500–5,000 per month.
