Retail sales role focused on leather products, wallets, and perfumes.
The position offers salary with uncapped sales commission.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, benefits, care, usage, and after-sales services.
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers.
- Maintain product displays and replenish merchandise.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work with colleagues to maintain visual merchandising standards and follow company sales and service policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher education.
- At least 1–2 years of proven retail sales experience; luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred.
- Strong sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling knowledge.
- Ability to build customer rapport and work toward targets under pressure.
- Confident communication, excellent presentation skills, and a professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using POS systems.
- Leather goods, accessories, or perfume experience is highly preferred.
