Role overview

Design and production duties

• Design retail product packaging and labels, including boxes, bags, stickers, and promotional packaging.
• Prepare production-ready artwork with dielines, bleed, margins, CMYK setup, color profiles, and supplier-ready files.
• Create logos, brand guidelines, typography and color systems, business cards, and marketing materials.
• Design social media visuals, mockups, campaigns, advertisements, brochures, web visuals, and other digital or print assets.
• Support product launches, promotions, and campaigns with visual concepts; use AI tools for image and concept development.
• Coordinate artwork with suppliers, printers, agencies, and internal teams; submit work for approval and revise it based on feedback.
• Check final artwork for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency before printing or publishing.

Required qualifications

• Portfolio of previous design work and a high diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Two to three years of graphic design experience, including strong retail packaging design experience.
• Strong print-production knowledge, including bleed, margins, dielines, CMYK, and final artwork setup.
• Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Branding and visual identity experience, including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.
• Experience using AI tools for image generation, editing, concept development, or video creation.
• Ability to create realistic product mockups and professional packaging presentations.
• Understanding of retail branding, product presentation, and customer-focused design; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred experience

• After Effects or Premiere Pro experience is an advantage.
• Experience with beauty, bath and body, gift, fashion, or FMCG retail brands is preferred.
