Experienced Inventory Controller position in the Supply Chain Department in Abu Dhabi.
Coordinates with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to support stock availability and smooth supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control activities and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure physical stock aligns with system records.
- Review inventory documentation and identify quantity discrepancies.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock.
- Prepare inventory reports and support handling of returned, near-expiry, and expired items.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- At least four years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, retail, or wholesale operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, reconciliation, audits, and discrepancy investigation.
- Ability to monitor par levels and fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock; prepare reports and track stock accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, procurement coordination, and logistics flow; ability to coordinate across internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and relevant inventory systems.
- Attention to detail, communication, coordination, reporting, organization, diligence, and effective follow-up.
- Previous team supervision experience is preferred.
- A driving license is required.
