The HR Assistant supports employment matters, coordinates with internal departments, and liaises with government bodies and vendors.

Responsibilities
- Manage contracts, visas, licenses, and employment documentation with the PRO.
- Handle HR inquiries; maintain physical and digital employee records.
- Support recruitment, sourcing candidates, reference checks, and employment contract preparation.
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement.
- Arrange transportation for visitors and official delegations.
- Coordinate interviews, HR events, training sessions, and seminars; conduct orientations and onboarding.
- Prepare HR reports and process payroll with the finance team.
- Supervise office support staff and help ensure smooth cleaning, maintenance, and security operations.
- Keep current with HR trends, labor laws, and best practices; perform other assigned duties.
