Retail Sales Executive

- We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
- What you’ll do?
- Facilitate the sale of new vehicles on behalf of the brand
- Record and manage each enquiry in dealer management system, demonstrating proactive follow up
- Ensure the customer transaction is seamless, meeting the customer expectations of experience within the timely manner
- Support the line manager to maximize the profitability of each sale
- Support the customer in the understanding of the process and requirements to fulfil the purchase of a new vehicle
- Who you are?
- Having a Diploma in any discipline
- Possessing exceptional customer service skills, with 3-5 years of experience in sales and excellent negotiating skills
- Problem solving and handling complex situations
- Knowledge of product and sales process
