- What you’ll do?
- Manage sales performance to achieve the agreed budget.
- Track and optimize lead generation to enhance conversion rates.
- Support the Dealer Principal in budgeting and sales operations.
- Ensure smooth transaction processing using the dealer management system.
- Oversee finance and insurance processes for additional revenue.
- Conduct daily sales meetings to monitor activities and progress.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain showroom display and hygiene standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring legal and compliance adherence.
- Who you are?
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in operational management.
- Strong experience in automotive sales.
- Expertise in sales processes, customer engagement, and finance handling.
- Leadership and coaching skills for team performance improvement.
- Knowledge of banking and financial processes.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
