Job Purpose
The Retail Sales Executive – Fresh Produce is responsible for achieving sales growth and
maintaining strong customer relationships within the retail sales channel.
The role focuses on selling fresh produce items to modern trade and retail customers, including Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, cooperative markets, hypermarkets, supermarkets, and other retail outlets.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, modern trade, FMCG, fresh produce, food distribution, or a related industry.
- Experience handling hypermarkets, supermarkets, cooperatives, or modern trade customers is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is must.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
