Job description
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
- Keep updated on new products, competitors, and market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales or retail sales
