Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The specialist will interact with customers to provide excellent service, showcase product knowledge, and drive sales in-store.
Daily responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting products, handling inquiries, maintaining store displays, and managing transactions efficiently while ensuring a standout Candy Gang experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in retail sales and knowledge of product features and benefits
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Positive attitude, team collaboration abilities, and a passion for youth culture
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Availability to work on-site in Dubai, UAE
