The employer is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for the perfume industry.
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in the perfume industry is mandatory; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service and sales abilities, and knowledge of perfumes, fragrances, and luxury retail products are required.
- Candidates must be able to achieve sales targets and upsell products.
Preferred qualifications
- Tagalog-speaking skills are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Help customers choose perfumes and related products, and demonstrate knowledge of fragrance brands, collections, and luxury products.
- Meet sales targets through customer service, product recommendations, and upselling.
- Process billing and POS transactions accurately; maintain cleanliness, displays, and stock availability.
- Handle inquiries, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally.
- Follow store operating procedures, safety standards, and security guidelines.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
