Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial reports and maintain transaction documentation.
- Support VAT and other statutory accounting requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate with internal departments on financial matters and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Arabic speaker; Arabic is mandatory.
- Saudi Arabia experience and knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations are preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and organizational skills; able to work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is SAR 5,000–6,500 per month.
