Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Associate role located at Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, assisting clients with product selection, maintaining luxury store presentation standards, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
The role also includes handling sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the retail space.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
- At least 1 year of experience in food products, premium retail, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Russian language is a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Working Conditions
- 9 working hours per day
