Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Female Retail Sales Associate to join our showroom specializing in abayas, jalabiyas, kaftans, and other traditional Arabic women's clothing.
The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, a friendly personality, and a passion for fashion and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting abayas, jalabiyas, kaftans, and other Arabic fashion garments.
- Explain product features, fabrics, sizes, colors, and styling options.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Stay updated with new collections and fashion trends.
Requirements
- Female candidate from Philipines.
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, abayas, boutiques, or women's apparel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
