About This Role
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, fast-paced, and trend-aware Digital Content Creator to join our team.
The role focuses on capturing and creating engaging content across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, understands social media trends and platform behavior, and can independently shoot, edit, and deliver content using a mobile phone and lightweight equipment.
This role requires someone proactive, visually driven, and passionate about storytelling, luxury experiences, events, and lifestyle content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during events, weddings, productions, installations, meetings, and company activities
- Shoot and edit videos and photos using mobile devices and editing applications
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company’s identity and ongoing projects
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and platform updates
- Produce fast-turnaround content for daily posting and real-time event coverage
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to execute content strategies
- Assist in planning content calendars and social media campaigns
- Ensure all content aligns with the visual identity and standards of the brand
- Create engaging storytelling content that enhances audience interaction and brand visibility
- Organize and maintain digital content archives and media files
- Support coverage for launches, activations, exhibitions, weddings, and internal company activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and digital trends
- Ability to shoot high-quality content using smartphones and lightweight equipment
- Basic to advanced skills in mobile editing applications such as CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar
- Good eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and aesthetics
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver content quickly
- Creative thinker with strong initiative and attention to detail
- Flexible to work on-site during events and activations when required
- Knowledge of photography, videography, and short-form storytelling
- Experience in luxury, lifestyle, events, hospitality, weddings, or creative industries is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics or basic animation knowledge
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Copywriting and caption writing skills
- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement
