Overview
Ameera Al Libas is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of fashion, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations
- Assist with stock management and inventory checks
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on latest fashion trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu; additional languages are a plus
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
