Role Description

Multi-Unit Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail and café/bakery branches
• Ensure consistency in service standards, product quality, and brand experience
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, compliance, and team engagement
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and manage store managers and key staff across branches
• Build high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture across all locations

Sales & Financial Performance

• Drive revenue growth and profitability across all branches
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, labor costs, food costs, and inventory levels
• Develop and execute action plans to improve underperforming locations
• Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting and forecasting

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all stores
• Address customer feedback and resolve escalations effectively
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards

Inventory, Supply Chain & Compliance

• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control processes
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations across all locations

Process Improvement & Expansion

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Support new store openings, including setup, staffing, and launch execution
• Implement systems and tools to streamline multi-location operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager, Area Manager, or similar multi-unit leadership role
• Strong background in retail, café, bakery, or food & beverage operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations across different cities or regions
• Solid understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel frequently between locations
