Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of two retail store locations.
The ideal candidate should have previous retail experience in Dubai, strong team management skills, and the ability to maintain excellent customer service and operational standards across both stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of two retail store locations
- Manage and support store staff, including scheduling, supervision, and team coordination
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Monitor and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability
- Coordinate stock transfers between store locations when required
- Maintain high standards of in-store customer service and overall customer experience
- Collect and report customer feedback and assist in improving service quality
- Coordinate and follow up on store maintenance and operational issues
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are consistently maintained
- Assist in implementing operational procedures and company policies
- Support management with reporting, store performance monitoring, and operational improvements
- Take initiative in solving day-to-day operational challenges and improving workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail operations or a similar sector within Dubai
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely when required
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage operations across multiple locations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet software
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- UAE driving license and ability to drive in Dubai is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
