Monitor and maintain inventory levels between systems, stores, and the warehouse.
Implement retail controls and procedures at store level and provide accurate stock-on-hand information to retail operations and consumer excellence leaders.
Inventory control and reporting
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and perform detailed item-performance analysis.
- Develop accurate, consistent inventory reporting and identify high- and low-turn items for communication to relevant teams.
- Control inventory adjustments and analyze quantity and price variances.
- Investigate system problems, minimize store stock-data inaccuracies, and organize large volumes of data.
- Manage stock items and stock revenue in aLS and SAP for full alignment.
Audits, transfers, and controls
- Plan and execute the stock audit process.
- Manage store receiving and shipping of inventory into and out of the warehouse, including end-of-season and inter-branch transfers.
- Propose process changes to prevent irregularities and maintain internal and external customer service.
- Report investigation results and suspected loss-prevention issues to the Senior Manager of Retail Operations.
Education and experience
- University degree or diploma-level education.
- 3–4 years of retail inventory control experience with a business focus.
- Industry experience in sports or consumer goods.
Knowledge and abilities
- Advanced user of MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Performance indicators
Meet the annual shrinkage target and ensure uniforms and damages are adjusted monthly.
Meet relevant PRP internal-controls audit requirements.
Close investigations within 48 hours.
Maintain monthly system alignment results between 98% and 100%.
