Retail Inventory Controller

Role purpose
Monitor and maintain inventory levels across systems, stores, and warehouses.
Implement retail controls and procedures at store level and provide accurate stock-on-hand information to Retail Operations and Consumer Excellence leaders.
Inventory reporting and control
- Run daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports and analyze item performance.
- Develop accurate, consistent inventory reporting and improve its structure.
- Identify high- and low-turn inventory items and communicate findings to relevant teams.
- Control inventory adjustments and analyze quantity and price variances.
- Investigate system problems and minimize store stock-data inaccuracies.
- Manage stock items and stock revenue in aLS and SAP to maintain full system alignment.
Audits, transfers, and investigations
- Drive the stock audit process from planning through execution.
- Manage store receiving and shipping, including end-of-season and inter-branch inventory transfers.
- Propose process changes to prevent irregularities and report potential loss-prevention issues to the Senior Manager, Retail Operations.
- Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service.
Qualifications and experience
- University degree or diploma-level education.
- 3–4 years of retail inventory control experience, with a business focus.
- Industry experience in sports or consumer goods.
Knowledge and skills
- Advanced user of MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Able to organize large amounts of data and investigate system problems.
Performance indicators
Annual shrinkage target is defined each year.
Uniforms and damaged items are to be adjusted monthly.
Performance includes relevant PRP internal-controls audit results.
Investigations should be closed within 48 hours.
Monthly system alignment results target 98%–100%.
