Full-time, on-site Retail Cashier role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The cashier processes guest purchases and supports merchandise service in line with the venue’s premium standards.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, handle cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Welcome guests, answer product questions, promote merchandise, and package purchases.
- Keep the point-of-sale area organized, monitor cashier-station stock, and coordinate with retail and operations teams.
- Follow cash-handling, security, and customer-service policies and support the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Cash handling and POS experience, accuracy, customer service, and basic numerical and reconciliation skills are required.
- Fast-paced hospitality or retail experience is needed; luxury or high-end venue experience is preferred.
- English communication skills are required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
- Professional demeanor, guest etiquette, reliable attendance, and flexibility for evening, weekend, holiday, and on-site shift work are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior cashier or front-of-house experience is preferred.
