Position overview

Compensation

• Compensation is AED 7,500 per month, plus service charge and tips.

Nightly operating model

• Show 1 features beverages and bites, with fast guest arrivals and high-volume beverage service.
• Show 2 is an approximately three-hour prix fixe dinner show, with guests selecting their main course and continuous beverage service.
• Food courses must be coordinated with the kitchen, floor team, and live show to meet designated service windows.
• The team supports two performances each evening and a rapid reset between Show 1 and Show 2.

Key responsibilities and standards

• Welcome guests professionally and verify reservations and ticket categories.
• Understand theatre seating zones and follow dynamic seating directions from the Lead Hostess.
• Escort guests to allocated tables and adapt to changes; never relocate guests between tables or zones without authorization.
• Assist with concentrated arrivals, queues, crowd flow, late arrivals, and simultaneous guest needs.
• Identify VIP arrivals promptly and maintain discretion with VIP and high-profile guests.
• Communicate reservation, seating, delay, guest, or operational issues immediately.
• Know ticket categories, package inclusions, both show formats, and venue facilities.
• Support guest departures and farewells and attend pre-show briefings.
• Respect service timings, guest sightlines, and live-performance cues; maintain accuracy and polished presentation.
• Collaborate across Operations, Reservations, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Technical, and Show Management.
• Follow relevant food safety, hygiene, responsible alcohol service, cash-handling, and UAE regulatory procedures.
• Arrive groomed in approved uniform and maintain confidentiality regarding performers, celebrities, VIPs, and guests.

Requirements

• Excellent English is required; additional languages are highly desirable.
• Warm, confident communication, composure under pressure, adaptability to changing seating instructions, strong memory, and attention to detail are expected.
• Availability to begin training in October 2026 is required.
• Previous Hostess, Guest Relations, hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or luxury-service experience is preferred.
• High-volume venue experience is an advantage.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation are expected.

Preferred experience

• For relevant food-and-beverage positions, prior banquet service, high-volume dining, hotel functions, events, catering, dinner shows, or other timed food-service operations is strongly preferred.
