Food & Drinks Runner

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Collect completed food orders from the kitchen pass and drinks from designated bar stations.
• Check table, seat, order, dietary, and modification details before delivery.
• Deliver bites and beverages during Show 1 and dinner-show courses and beverages during Show 2.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams, follow operational priorities, and communicate missing, incorrect, or delayed orders.
• Observe performance cues and restricted service periods; avoid obstructing sightlines or disrupting the show.
• Assist with clearing and resetting between shows; keep stations and corridors organized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service procedures and assist with other F&B duties.

Requirements

• Previous runner, waiter assistant, or similar hospitality experience is preferred.
• Banquet, hotel, catering, high-volume restaurant, nightlife, event, or entertainment experience is strongly preferred.
• Must safely carry multiple plates and beverage trays and remain accurate under pressure.
• Must be organized, time-oriented, attentive to table and seat numbers, and a strong team communicator.
• Must be comfortable in dim lighting and live-performance conditions and maintain professional grooming.
• Available to begin training in October 2026 and work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Compensation

• AED 4,500 per month, all-inclusive of housing and transportation in the UAE, plus service charge and tips.

Show format

• Show 1 is a fast-paced theatrical experience focused on beverages and light bites.
• Show 2 is an approximately three-hour dinner show with a prix fixe menu and guest-selected main courses.
