We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Retail Account Manager (Italian – Female)** to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products/services
- Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and negotiations effectively
Requirements
Female candidates (mandatory)
✔Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
✔Proven experience in **key account management, sales, or business development**
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
✔ Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
