Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Sales Executive – E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across online sales platforms.
The role involves handling product listings, monitoring sales performance, coordinating with platforms, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, deliveroo, Instashop etc.)
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
- Optimize product content (descriptions, images, pricing) to improve visibility and sales
- Handle promotions, discounts, and campaign planning on online platforms
- Coordinate with platform account managers for onboarding, visibility, and issue resolution
- Monitor competitors and market trends to stay competitive
- Ensure accurate pricing and alignment with company strategy
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints through platforms when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce or online sales (UAE experience preferred)
- Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
