About This Role
Overview
Bachikka Restaurant is seeking an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Doha.
We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional who can oversee front-of-house operations, maintain service standards and support daily restaurant activities in a busy dining environment.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service, managing team members and maintaining compliance with Qatar’s food safety and hospitality regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff during daily service operations.
- Ensure guests receive professional, efficient and courteous service.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training and task delegation.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and POS system operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
- Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar.
