Restaurant Supervisor
We are looking for a strong, proactive, and highly organized **Restaurant Supervisor** to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and support multiple outlets.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, effective manpower management, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure operational efficiency across assigned outlets.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet business requirements and maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Manage employee schedules, attendance, leave planning, and shift coverage to minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor labor costs and optimize staffing based on business needs.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and provide operational support to restaurant teams.
- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers to address staffing challenges and operational concerns.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives as required.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to the Operations Manager.
- Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Strong personality with the ability to lead, influence, and hold teams accountable.
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or operational experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent manpower planning, scheduling, and workforce management skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and staff deployment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
Preferred
- Female candidate with experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations.
- UAE hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring proper staffing, leave management, and operational discipline across the business.
- Pay: From AED1.00 per hour
