- Cover captain and supervisory duties during breaks, days off, and busy periods.
- Manage a service section and coordinate food delivery and table readiness.
- Brief and support waiters, runners, and bussers.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues promptly.
- Maintain service standards and communicate shift handovers.
Requirements
- Experience as a senior captain, head waiter, or restaurant shift supervisor.
- Confident section management and guest communication.
- Flexibility to cover related service stations and lead by example.
