Work location: Yaba Arzaz, Al Khawaneej 2, Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Organize mise en place and preparation for the assigned section.
- Prepare components to recipe, yield, and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily priorities with the Production Sous Chef.
- Check labeling, storage, portioning, and stock rotation.
- Support colleagues and maintain a clean, efficient preparation area.
Requirements
- Chef de partie or experienced preparation-cook background.
- Strong knife skills, recipe accuracy, and section organization.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and production handovers.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
