We are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager
with substantial experience within the
Royal Commission of Yanbu, KSA.
This role requires someone who can lead our team to deliver unparalleled service and dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Maintain high standards for food quality and hygiene
- Lead and motivate staff for optimal performance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role minimum 10 years
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in handling customer service and conflict resolution
- Ability to manage budgets and financial plans
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Food & Beverage Management.
Experience
· 10 to 15 years in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
Language Skills
· Fluent English is mandatory.
Basic Arabic or previous experience working in the Gulf (GCC) is highly preferred.
Professional Certifications (Mandatory)
- Certified in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
- Advanced Food Safety & Hygiene Certification (e.g., PIC Level 3 or equivalent).
- Valid Food Handler’s certification/training history.
