Overview
Rgheeb is seeking a professional candidate to manage the daily operations of the restaurant, maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, lead and develop the team, and achieve operational and financial objectives while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor food quality and customer service standards while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Lead, train, supervise, and assess employee performance.
- Prepare staff schedules and organize working hours based on operational requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving operational and financial goals.
- Oversee inventory management and supply orders while minimizing waste and controlling operational costs.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and continuously enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards within the restaurant.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational and sales reports.
- Lead the team during peak hours to ensure fast and accurate service.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing burger or fast-food restaurants.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, sales systems, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using POS systems and operational reporting tools.
- Good knowledge of food safety standards and municipality regulations (Balady requirements).
- Previous experience in achieving KPIs and driving sales growth is preferred.
