JKS Restaurants are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team for an exciting new opening in Dubai this year.
The successful candidate will be personable, passionate and have exceptional food knowledge and people skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join an award‑winning, critically acclaimed group, supporting a high‑profile opening.
The restaurant will showcase one of JKS’ Michelin‑starred Indian concepts as part of the group’s continued international expansion/growth.
The Group
JKS Restaurants was founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi in November 2008.
The group has received critical acclaim and industry recognition since its inception, including 8 Michelin stars, 4 Michelin Bib Gourmands and one restaurant ranked in the World’s 100 Best restaurants.
The JKS portfolio currently includes Michelin Starred restaurants Trishna, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table, Sabor and Lyle’s; as well as cult favourites Hoppers, BAO, Brigadiers, Berenjak, Plaza Khao Gaeng, Speedboat Bar and Bibi.
Pubs include The Cadogan Arms and The George.

The Position
- We're looking for a Restaurant Manager with a fine dining/Michelin Star background and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- As Restaurant Manager, you will be a hands-on, proactive and enthusiastic leader, injecting your personality into your work and inspiring the team to deliver a warm and memorable guest experience.
- You will continually commit to the highest standards of service and operations, and working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the front of house team, managing financials, recruitment and team development, stock management and health and safety.
- We are looking for an Restaurant Manager that has:
- The ability to inspire, motivate, lead and develop teams;
- A Warm, personable and professional nature;
- Creative with excellent attention to detail;
- Passion for and knowledge of food and beverage, and the London restaurant scene;
- Working knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety requirements;
- Ability to manage staff costs and review rotas accordingly;
- Your unwavering commitment to excellence in food, beverages, and hospitality is evident in everything you do.
- You possess a creative approach, an impeccable attention to detail, and an innate desire to deliver exceptional experiences that leave guests in awe.
