Frontier Recruitment is partnering with an internationally recognized luxury resort group to appoint an Asian Restaurant Manager for one of their Caribbean properties currently undergoing a massive renovation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and service-driven hospitality professional to relocate internationally and lead an Asian dining concept within a five-star resort environment.
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager / Hotel Outlet Manager with a strong background in Asian dining concepts, luxury hospitality, and elevated guest experiences.
This role is ideal for a polished floor leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about authentic hospitality, team leadership, and memorable dining experiences.
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in authentic Asian dining concepts and luxury hospitality environments, including Japanese, Thai, sushi, teppanyaki, and Asian fusion operations.
International resort or expatriate hospitality experience is highly preferred.
The Opportunity
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of a high-volume Asian restaurant concept, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, refined service standards, and strong operational performance.
This role requires a visible and hands-on leader who leads from the floor, drives service excellence, and creates a strong and engaging team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the restaurant with a strong focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a highly visible presence on the floor during service
- Uphold high hospitality standards and ensure consistency across all guest touchpoints
- Lead, mentor, train, and motivate front-of-house teams
- Drive a positive, energetic, and service-focused culture
- Ensure smooth coordination between culinary and service teams
- Maintain operational procedures, service standards, and attention to detail
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within a high-end Asian restaurant, luxury hotel, integrated resort, or upscale hospitality environment
- Strong background in Asian dining concepts including Japanese, Thai, sushi, teppanyaki, Asian fusion, or luxury lifestyle dining
- International hospitality experience preferred
- Hands-on operational leader with a strong floor presence
- Polished and professional background with exceptional guest interaction skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and authentic dining culture
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment
- Pre-opening or resort experience is considered an asset
