We're recruiting a Restaurant Manager for one of our clients, a leading hospitality company based in Dubai, UAE.

Operating within the vibrant F&B industry, the company specializes in creating welcoming environments that combine quality cuisine, excellent customer service, and memorable guest experiences.
With a strong focus on operational excellence and growth, the organization continues to expand its presence in the competitive hospitality market across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete operations management, including indoor and outdoor seating, service quality, and service facilities
- Lead the HR team for training, performance appraisals, roster management, and disciplinary matters
- Food and beverage quality control
- Ensure compliance and licensing requirements are met in accordance with local authority regulations
- Coordinate marketing and social media activities to promote the restaurant
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for fresh produce, beverages, and shisha, and maintain inventory
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for ownership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume F&B establishment
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the UAE
- Prior experience in Lebanese, Middle Eastern, or multi-cuisine restaurant operations is an advantage
- Experience managing 24-hour or late-night hospitality venues is preferred
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage
- Proficiency in POS systems, reservation platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge of Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and UAE labor law
